Pleasant place to unwind in a lovely room with modern conveniences and a quiet atmosphere.

Units with 3 queen beds. The location of the property was particularly good, close to restaurants. Besides, we were next to Warrenton, MO and a good area and restuarants.

Comfortable beds made for a decent night's sleep.

We encountered a filthy bathroom with dirty floors. The breakfast options were frustratingly limited and unappetizing. Most disappointing was the lack of response to our complaint about stained sheets. An apology or compensation was never offered.

Overall had nice stay on a long road trip. We had a neat room, also there were a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave. The bed was very comfy, and there was a clean bathroom...

The room had a nice mini fridge and microwave, but it reeked of smoke upon arrival. Breakfast options were very limited, too.

During my stay as a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable Queen Room, which had a mini fridge and microwave for convenience. The lack of an in-room coffee maker was a letdown, especially since I needed my morning fix without trekking to a common area. Despite some noise from the traffic outside and footsteps from the floor above, the room's layout was functional and the sheets were soft. It was just an overnight stay to break up my travels toward Wilmington, Ohio.

Found a hidden gem at Home Town Bakery just up the road for coffee and seasonal treats-those pastries will have you dreaming! The waffle breakfast was a sweet bonus too, and the comfy bed made crashing after a long day easy.

But yikes, let's talk about the owner's family fireworks show in the parking lot for three hours past midnight-seriously, cover my car in soot and debris like a bad prank? Not cool, man. This ain't a trailer park, and it left a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

I was astounded by the state of my room. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the linens were so old i seemed like i was in a thrift store. I also expected some sort of complimentary gesture upon check-in, but that never happened. Its not like i'm asking for a royal treatment, right?

For those traveling with pets, confirm the hotel's pet policy in advance to avoid unexpected issues during your stay.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend adventure in Warrenton with real value for money. The night staff was very helpful when I needed assistance and made me feel comfortable. If anyone has dietary restrictions, make sure to check the breakfast options early.

Would recommend for a short layover

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with access to free parking and air conditioning helping me recharge for the next leg of my journey.
